Kornerstone’s Teen Mom Program recently received funding from the Robert and
Francis Chaney Family Foundation in the amount of $3,500 for program year 2015.

The Soroptimist volunteer service professional women recently presented
Kornerstone, Inc.’s Teen Parent program with a $500 grant award.  Kornerstone will
utilize this grant to provide education and advocate for young teen parents and
babies in Barry county.  A fatherhood initiative has recently been added to their
services for young families.
Kornerstone has been serving expectant and parenting teens in Barry county since
2006.  The teen parent program has served over 200 pregnant teens with their
advocacy reaching over 600
teens, babies, and dads.

Knob with chips, dessert, and drinks provided by Shell
Knob School cafeteria and Kornerstone, Inc.
